Is it possible to change the author of the event for community events?

Hello – we currently use Events Tickets Plus and Calendar Pro.

We want to use community events functionality for our members site but need to check some aspects.

We want to create the events on the backend – and then set a nominated person as organiser.

Can we transfer ‘ownership’ of the event so that the organiser can edit aspects of the event that’s been created?

I need some detail around this before my boss will let me pull the trigger – even with the refund policy!

Absolutely.

Simply change the author of the event using the dropdown in wp-admin. Once that is done, the event now “belongs” to the organizer.
