Is it possible to add calendar to a simple product at woocommerse?

I need a customer to schedule the event. Example: client wants to order the sightseeing and he should choose a date and time when he wants it. Tour oprrator will send or a guide to pick client up, or will adjust a schedule. Picked date and time should be a part of clent’s order information and be visible at back office. Is it possible?

This calendar would be managed on your end and not on the client end so you would have to input the info and include it as a shortcode.

So, yes in a way its possible if you include it.
