Invite-Only Tickets?

Aloha! I am starting a crowdfunding website, and would like to sell tickets as rewards.

The reward is not able to be purchased with WooCommerce, but I wouldn’t mind exporting a CSV or something and importing into the WooCommerce Event Tickets Plus once the crowdfunding threshold has been funded.

Is it possible to import a CSV file to automatically generate these invite-only tickets with Events Tickets Plus?

It could technically be achieved, probably, but only with some serious tinkering and code-customizing.
