ParticipantHello,
We’ve purchased a license for the Events Calendar PRO and getting an error message with our installation.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/298dpivgemrgs77/Screenshot%202017-05-10%2018.32.57.png (No aggregator license)
What is really odd here, is that we seem to be showing the WRONG license every time we update the license.
We come to the website, log into our account (here) and copy the license.
We then go to our dashboard >> Events Calendar PRO >> Settings and add the license (it pastes correctly).
Then we click “Save Changes”, it validates and shows the correct expiry date.
Then all of a sudden on refresh, we still have the error and when we return we see the WRONG license in it.
What exactly is going on here?
I’ve tried re-installing, uninstalling, re-installing, etc. Nothing changes. I’ve cleared cache, everything, nothing works!
I’ve even activated the default WordPress theme and I am facing the same issue.
I’ve disabled all plugins and again I am facing the same issue.
Any thoughts on how we can resolve this?

MemberHi, Bryce. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I haven’t seen others reporting this before. The closest things I’ve heard of before are using a non-Multisite license on Multisite, but your System Information doesn’t show you’re on Multisite… and the other thing we sometimes see is putting the PRO license in the wrong place (like in Event Aggregator’s spot, and vice-versa).
Therefore, I’ve canceled your existing license key and issued you a new one.
Please delete the key from your wp-admin settings, disconnect your old license from https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and then enter your new license in your wp-admin settings.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

ParticipantHello,
Thank you for your prompt assistance. I apologize for the delayed response.
We were in the midst of migrating the website to a new server.
I completed the steps as suggested and this time around appears to be working.
Really thankful. As it appears I believe this issue is now resolved.
Have yourself a wonderful day and don’t forget to wish your mom a Happy Mother’s Day this weekend 🙂
