Are you guys telling me that the Event Calendar’s Search Bar and its functions does NOT work in IE9 due to IE9’s incompatibility with PJAX processing?
This is completely unacceptable, because some businesses and its employees still have strong portion of Microsoft software whom are forced to use IE8 and IE9 in their enterprise environment.
Does the Modern Tribe team have more information and potential solution to this issue?
Really, I can understand for not supporting IE8, but IE9 is still in the game along with IE10 and the future IE11.
Hope to hear from someone on this.

MemberHey there wsansewjs. Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.
We do support ie8 and ie9 with our plugin, we just do normal reloads not ajax. There is a bug with an updated placeholder script that caused the datepicker to have issues in ie8 and 9, but that has nothing to with ajax. I patched that last week and it should release with next version soon. Is that the issue you are having? Otherwise the search bar functions are working on your site for me.

ParticipantThat sounds like that might be the culprit, however, even with the AJAX function turned on in the plugin, I fully tested on IE9 with the Twenty Twelve Theme and all other plugins turned off, the calendar simply refuses to load the correct month AFTER the choice was made in the data picker and hit the “Find Events” button.
What it actually was show the same month before, because it failed to process and load whatever the month that was requested for.

MemberCorrect, that is the bug that has been patched last week. It is currently in code review for the next release. Sorry again for the trouble, its a conflict between the datepicker and the latest version of another js script that cropped up, the one that makes ie8 and ie9 able to show placeholder text on inputs.

ParticipantIs it possible to escalate this bug issue and ensure this will be resolved in the next release? Do you know when is the next release will occur?
Best regards,
