Rob
ParticipantHi there,
Just purchased the plugin after using it on your NFP program.
I’m having issues with the View As list (when the calendar loads on default view at the /events slug) and intermittent issues with pagination (previous / next month).
The View As drop down seems to load initially (ie. is visible for a few seconds) but then disappears, and the user can’t select a different view type (week/list/etc).
The pagination issue seems to be intermittent- on some months, the user gets the option go to the previous/next month (as normal); on others, there will only be a previous OR next month link regardless of whether or not there are events in the next month.
On a similar note, I’ve also got the FilterBar add on, and none of its links or filter functions seem to work. I’m happy to raise this in the FilterBar forums but thought it wise to mention.
As the site is live, I’m unable to do a plugin or theme check until an agreed maintenance period, but I’m happy to provide any diagnostic info that may be of assistance in the mean time.
Thanks,

ParticipantOK, I’ve had a limited window of opportunity to disable the theme (ie. revert to TwentyFourteen) and can confirm the issues described above with Event Calendar Pro and FilterBar still persist.

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Looks like the issue maybe that you are running The Events Calendar Pro 3.8
Please update to 3.9.1 and that should resolve this issues as it will fix the javascript error breaking things.
If automatic updates are not working please check your site url in the account in the license section on this site.
You can also download the latest version from your account here as well.
Let me know if that works.
Thanks
