ParticipantI”m using the Eventbrite tickets plugin on a multilingual site, and it’s not pulling in the eventbrite registration form on translated pages – compare the English version here: http://www.sparksocialenterprise.eu/calendar/socent-social-spark-international-showcases/ the Dutch here: http://www.sparksocialenterprise.eu/nl/calendar/socent-social-spark-international-showcases/.
Thanks in advanceMay 12, 2017 at 12:20 pm #1283236Andras
KeymasterHello ent20,
Thanks for getting in touch and for using our plugins!
I’m sorry about the issue with WPML and Eventbrite.
At the moment our Eventbrite plugin doesn’t support WPML, that is why you are experiencing this. At the moment making it compatible is not on top of our priorities list.
I believe you would need to set up a separate EventBrite event for the translated page.
I’m sorry, if this is not the answer you were expecting.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Andras, I just wanted to let you know that I’ve actually resolved this, and thought it might be useful for other WPML/Eventbrite users. Here’s what WPML told me to do:
1- Go to WPML>Translation Management>Multilingual Content Setup>custom fields translation
2- Search for fields related to eventbrite there. If you don’t see them, try clicking ‘show system fields’ link to get a full list of meta fields.
3- If you find them, select their ‘copy’ option and save these settings
4- Try to update or translate your original page again and see if these fields get copied to the translation.
This worked for me.
Thanks,
