Hi,
I followed the instructions in this page step by step
But shortcode output does not appear. See screenshoot.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the shortcode not rendering properly on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic. There are a couple of things I am noticing:
- You are using ” as a delimiter (as opposed to ‘)
- You might need to add the extra space before the closing bracket (as stated in the article).
Secondly, in order to troubleshoot, can you tell me if the standard the Events Calendar Pro shortcodes are rendered: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ ?
Finally, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

Thank you for writing back and running those tests.
So in short, this has to do with the specific formatted event date shortcode vs the different versions of the plugins present on your installation.
I will dig deeper and run some additional tests on that today on my end and get back to you tomorrow with my findings.
In the meantime, could you also share your exact version of Slider revolution (to leave no stone unturned), that would be super useful.
Hang in there!
Geoff B.
