Integrating an Islamic (lunar) calendar

Hello,

I’m trying to integrate an islamic (or lunar) calendar into TEC pro for one of my clients.

The goal is to create something similar to the calendar on this page: http://www.jaffari.org

i.e. a calendar where the month is followed by the corresponding islamic month and the date is followed by the corresponding islamic date.

Is there a specific action/filter that displays the date in all the different list views? If so how do i go on about modifying the output to append something to it?

Or will I have to manually echo the corresponding dates in the different templates?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
