Instant RSVP

Hello,

Is there an official way to enable ‘instant’ rsvp, where a logged-in user simply presses one button and they are automatically RSVP’d to the event?

As far as I can tell, if you’re logged-in, the event page doesn’t even recognize you. Regardless, everyone seems to have to manually input their name and email to RSVP to an event.

Putting it another way, can the TEC experience be more like Meetup.com and less like EventBrite?

Thanks for your inquiry about Event Tickets‘ RSVP functionality.

You’re right that it could pre-fill the logged-in user’s details in the RSVP form, which would speed things up.

This might be an upcoming feature but is not currently available.
