Information Captured for ticket purchase?

I’m purchasing a theme for a client who needs to sell tickets to a monthly event. The theme is by NooTheme and is called iVent. It uses The Event Calendar + add-ons for event display and selling tickets.

What kind of information is captured when a customer purchases a ticket through this? Where is that information stored? Is there also an option for the customer to check a Terms of Service box prior to checking out? Please advise. 🙂

Hi Amanda,

Great question! The bad news is that no information other than what the ecommerce system asks for is captured by the plugin, which is typically name and billing information.

The good news is that we are working to expand this. I don’t have a specific date but it is something we are eager to push out as soon as we can.
