Individual View All link

How can I set an individual link to the View All link? When I set the URL-slug (permalink) in the general settings then I get an error message and the view changes to one I don’t like. I want this page to be shown instead the default view https://wiseleadership.org/termine/
Or how can I change the default view to the photo view with search bar?
