    I see that this is an issue raised by other people but their solution involved changing code that I’m not skilled enough to do.

    I’ve just purchased the pro version just for the recurring feature and now find that I cannot use it because the event times are being shown incorrectly.

    Please could you assist?

    As you can see from the screenshots, the original event is set for 10-12 am, but the recurring event is for a completely different time.

    Hi Paul,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the timezones on recurring events. I will try to help you get this sorted.

    Can you verify a few settings for me?

    What do you have set in WordPress > Settings > General > Timezone?

    Also, what is set in Events > Settings > General > Time zone mode?

    Do you have a link to the other thread you saw about this that you think is the same?

    Hi.

    Thanks for the reply.
    I don’t think It’s an issue with time zones.
    The original event is for 120 minutes 10 to 12. The recurring events change to an 8 am to 5 pm event.
    I would understand if the event had changed to a different time but for the same duration. But the duration has completely changed also.

    Hope you can get to the bottom of this.

    I have removed all of the events that have this issue and recreated them. All future instances now have the correct date.
    I guess that the case can be closed, but it is concerning that we don’t know why this happened.
