Incompatible with this theme

Hi, I have just to installed Extra theme from Elegant Themes and I think that my free plugin of The Event Calendar it doesn’t work with it. Could it be incompatible? Is there any way to do it works?

Maybe it works with a pro product of The Event Calendar. In this case, which one?

Thanks for reaching out. The Events Calendar could indeed be incompatible with that theme from Elegant Themes. Buying Events Calendar Pro will NOT fix these incompatibilities in any way.

I’m sorry about this incompatibility! If you are really hoping to use that theme and fix the conflicts it has with The Events Calendar, I would recommend contacting the Elegant Themes support team for some theme support.

Hi again George! I have been testing The Event Calendar with this same theme in another web and it’ works perfectly! Then I confirm that it is compatible. Great!

Then, I have reinstalled The Event Calendar but it doesn’t work yet. I think there is some wrong in the installation. I attached you some pictures in order to explain my problem:

This is how I see the general page of Events: http://fiestas.yecla.es/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/agenda.png The content appears without format,very rare.

However I can see a list of the events in the home using a widget: http://fiestas.yecla.es/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/home_eventos.png

And this is how I see an individual event: http://fiestas.yecla.es/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/evento.png Again, the content appears without format.

I think there’s something misconfigured. I need some clue to find out the problem.

Hi,

These are unfortunately more theme-related problems.

If you are getting your themes from anywhere except the following good resources, I would recommend not doing that. Please only get themes from reputable places with good coding, like these places:

• http://wordpress.org/themes
• http://arraythemes.com
• http://woothemes.com

If you use any other themes—regardless of how popular they are—you are prone to run into problems like this.
