In your face notification of new events waiting approval

Hello,

A few people have stated using the Community Events feature. But if I miss the email I don’t really see that submissions are awaiting approval.

Can we get a “Badge” up in the Admin bar?

This sounds like an interesting idea. We’d love to have you add the suggestion to our UserVoice page.

If you wanted to pursue something like this, you could add an admin notice that utilizes a new WP_Query of the events post type and the “pending” status. If the query has results, you could add a link to the list of pending events.

I’m sorry I wasn’t able to give you a direct answer but hopefully this helps to get you pointed in the right direction.
