in CART, getting error code

    I am trying to purchase the Importer Bundle, and it shows the discount in the cart when I add it. But I also want to purchase the Community Events licence (personal). When I add Community Events to the cart, I get this message “Sorry, it seems the coupon “bundle:personal:importer” is invalid – it has now been removed from your order” . And the total of the cart then shows all the products at no discount.

    Am I missing something?

    Hi Colleen,

    So sorry for the trouble here! There is indeed a bug in our checkout process that prevents an item to be added to the cart if a bundle is also in the cart. We’re looking into it but, for the moment, it will take two separate purchases to get both the Importer Bundle and Community Events.

    Again, so sorry for the glitch here, but will this at least help out? Please let me know.
