Importing google calendar into Event Aggregator

I purchased Event Aggregator so that we could sync our website calendar with our Google calendar but when I go to import it, the plugin just asks me to purchase the add-on again and won’t let me access any other option that “Import CSV”

Please help me figure out how to sync Google calendar using this feature. Thank you.

Hi Kate

I do see that your license has been activated for your site. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you deactivate The Events Calendar and reactivate it, and then check that the Event Aggregator license is activate at Events » Settings » Licenses?

still not letting me import anything other than CSV files.

Hey there Kate

Unfortunately, this is related to a known bug that we are currently working on.

You might have some success using https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/ to clear transients, but that hasn’t always worked. It is worth a shot.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this.  I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.  They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.  The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
