Israel bar association – Center District
ParticipantHello,
I’m using on my site the events cal+events tickets plus + events agregator and using woo commerce to sell the tickets.
so far I’ve manage to import my events and venues from CSV with no problem,
thing is – i’d like to import also the tickets, and within the import to set it to sell the tickets via woo commerce.
what would be the correct way to do this?
I’ve tried to import via woo product import but this created products that weren’t linked to my events.since we sell tickets for about 100 events per month, updating this manually is not an option.
help would be appreciated.
thank youNovember 7, 2017 at 8:00 pm #1377619Cliff

ParticipantHello,
thank you for replying.
i actually used this when creating my CSV,
but it does not say how to create the ticket and have it connected to the event
it says i should first import the events and only then the tickets – which i did,
but the tickets are created as separate items from the events and the events do not have woo com tickets connected to them.November 8, 2017 at 9:07 am #1378170Israel bar association – Center District
Participantso I’ve found the problem with the ticket import – the date formatting was with / rather then –
now there’s a different problem – for some reason the price for my event is 100, whereas the settings i had is for 0
this is also how it appears on the backend, so i can’t even change it manuallyattached is a screenshot

MemberSorry things didn’t go smoothly for you.
The first column of your Tickets CSV should be the Event Name, ID, or Slug, as demonstrated at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/#tickets-fields
Are you saying you did that part correctly but it didn’t work for you?
Please note that screenshots do not come through via email replies… so I didn’t get your email attachment. Please login to the forum and share the screenshot you tried to share previously.
