Importing events

Hi. I’ve recently purchased Events Calendar Pro and have a few questions regarding importing events.
I’ve searched the forums and support pages and can’t find any mention of if it’s possible to import featured images using the ccv import feature? If it is how should they be referenced in the csv file?

Also once you import venues and then import organisers – how do you map these to imported events? Do you just create a column in the events csv file for venue and include the recently imported venue title, and a column called organisers and include the recently imported organiser name? Will it then map the newly imported event to the correct venue and organiser?

Hi Emily.

Please reference our CSV Importer help article.

I believe that help article isn’t up-to-date with one of the recent versions of The Events Calendar adding support for the Featured Image as an importable field via CSV Importer, but it would require the image to be already uploaded to your site and the CSV Importer’s Featured Image field takes an ID of the media attachment.

Thank you. My only other question is how do quickly find the ID of each image i’ve uploaded to the media manager. Is there a way to do this without click on each individual image?

Emily, if there is, it’d be a 3rd party implementation, not something we provide.
