ParticipantHi Guys,
we worked with Events Calendar Pro before. Now, since Tickets Plus is introduced to replace woocommerce tickets, we purchased another set of licenses (Events Calendar Pro + Events Tickets Plus) for a new project. We are slightly confused how the new version work and need some guidance to achieve our prime goal with your paid plugins.
We have a community of 10 insiders across the globe that need to easily add their events & tickets all together at once! Up till now, the Events were added in Gravity forms (CSV), imported to Events Calendar Pro and, then tickets associated separately in Woocommerce tickets. This was all too time consuming.
We simply want to find the easiest way to manage one point of entry for events & tickets together (easily done with Gravity forms) and then import all events & tickets at once. Up till now, we did not find a way to do this with 4.2.
Is this generally possible? If so, can you point us to more details how to achieve this with the newest plugins 4.2.1.?
Any suggestions or advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks

MemberHi Ross.
Event Tickets Plus does not support migrating from any other tickets plugins other than its predecessor, WooTickets.
I’m uncertain if you’re asking about migrating from WooTickets because I don’t see that previously purchased in your user account.
If you are trying to migrate from WooTickets to Event Tickets Plus, please deactivate WooTickets plugin, install and activate Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, and all this site’s existing tickets will carry over.
However, our plugins do not support transferring tickets from other sites into another site.
Please let me know if you have any unanswered questions remaining.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Thanks for your quick reply.
To simplify, can we import 1 csv file with all required events and tickets at once.
We are not using any other ticket pligin, nor are we importing from another site! We simply want to achieve a single (Admin) entry point of all events & tickets at once.
Is this any clearer?

MemberThanks for the additional information.
I’m not sure I understand the full scope of your plan, and I’m also unsure of what you mean by “a single (Admin) entry point of all events & tickets at once.”
Events are created via wp-admin, just like Pages and Posts.
Tickets are created via the Event edit screen — so they’re only created/edited on the single event they apply to.
There is not a “master screen” to manage all existing Tickets. However, at Events’ wp-admin screen, you can filter through Events to only show the ones that have Tickets. This is able to be accomplished by installing and activating the free Advanced Post Manager plugin.
Does this information answer your questions?
