MemberHi Tom,
Thanks for getting in touch! I’ll try to help you here…
I assume you are processing the XML and turning that data into a CSV file, right? Regarding the image import, unfortunately that’s not possible right now. This has been suggested in The Events Calendar user voice page: http://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6834910-import-a-featured-image-via-csv, you are welcome to up-vote it and/or adding a comment on why this feature would be important to you.
This article goes over the possibilities of the CSV importer: CSV Importer: Fields and Example fields. A work around might be to create an additional field and store the image URL in that field to show it in the Single Event Template (check out our Themer’s guide for details on this), but importing the image and store it in your site is not possible.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
Best,

ParticipantThank you for your response 🙂
It is a pity that we can’t import the photos.
I made an extra field ,,IMAGE” but displays only a link to a photo. How can I automatically show the picture instead of just a (link photos) without uploading photos to the library website? I need a solution for WordPress?Regards Tom

MemberHey Tom,
Thanks for following up! Yeap, this is something that has been requested a couple of times in the past and I can totally see the point in having this baked in.
For now you can just use the image URL to build an img like shown below:
Please let me know if this works for your case,

MemberHi Tom,
You are welcome, sorry for not giving you the context to add this code!
First please take a look at our Themer’s guide, there you’ll find the basics on how to create a template override. You’ll need to crate one for the ‘single-event.php’ view (located at ‘wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php’) and include the code above where you want the image to be displayed.
Please give this a try and let me know if you can get it working,
