    Hi! I wanted to report an issue I came across while perusing the following knowledgebase post:

    Running a saved recurring import with the iCal Importer

    Does not work with my Meetup iCal URL. All the end of line characters get converted to spaces so that it looks like one long giant sentence like this:

    Recurring: Every 30 Mins. A fresh import runs every 30 minutes. Recurring: Hourly. A fresh import runs every 60 minutes. Recurring: Daily. A fresh import runs one time per day. Recurring: Weekly. A fresh import runs one time per week. Recurring: Monthly. A fresh import runs one time per month.

    Instead of:

    Recurring: Every 30 Mins. A fresh import runs every 30 minutes.
    Recurring: Hourly. A fresh import runs every 60 minutes.
    Recurring: Daily. A fresh import runs one time per day.
    Recurring: Weekly. A fresh import runs one time per week.
    Recurring: Monthly. A fresh import runs one time per month.

    All the end of line characters are striped. The WP Meetup does it correctly, so a bug in your plugin.
    Did you forget to unserialize ?

    Hi Kulwinder,

    I’m not quite sure where you are seeing this problem.

    Do you mean that the dropdown in the above screenshot is malformatted in your case? Or are you seeing the problem after saving the import job?

    If you can point me in the right direction that would be awesome. Also, if you wish to share a screenshot, please note that right at this time that isn’t supported directly in the forums – but you can certainly share URLs to images you have uploaded to your own website or services like Dropbox if that helps to highlight the problem.
