ParticipantI’m following this article to import event tickets but do not see an option on the CSV import screen to choose tickets. Where do I import the csv file? Is the event name field what is used to link tickets to events on import? I ask because we have several events with the same name.

If your question is in relation to ecommerce (ie, WooCommerce) related tickets – rather than RSVPs, which of course are one of the options in the screenshot you shared – I would recommend as an initial step updating to the latest versions of all our plugins.
Right now, based on a look at your system information, you are using out-of-date versions of a number of our plugins.

ParticipantI have a similar question… how to import woocommerce tickets (three per event) by csv. I struggle to find any documentation. My plugins are the latest version. Hope you don’t mind if I tag along in the hope for some direction – thanks

MemberIn the system information you shared, Event Tickets Plus still does not appear to have been updated:
Event Tickets Plus version 4.0.5
The current version however is 4.4.2. If for any reason automated updates are not functioning within your site, could you try grabbing the latest release and upgrading manually?
