Import Origin options are grayed out

    I upgraded too 100 imports/day but events are not updating/importing. Under Events > Help I get the message “0 imports used out of 0 available today. You have reached your daily import limit. Scheduled imports will be paused until tomorrow.”

    The import origin options are grayed out except for CSV file.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having this issue with Event Aggregator.

    Can you check that the Event Aggregator is connected to your current license key? See My Account » Licenses to find your current key.

    You may want to also just manually re-enter the license key, even if it is correct, and ‘Save Changes’.

    Thanks for the reply. I entered the key manually, and now it appears to be working again! Thank you so much!

    However, now I am noticing that previous events (that were imported before) are not updating. For instance, I had a meeting originally scheduled for Nov. 9-11 that was moved to Nov 2-4 – that is not showing. There was also a meeting scheduled for Dec 9 that has been cancelled and deleted from Google calendar that is still showing in my imports…. Doesn’t it update previously imported events or do those have to be edited manually?

    I’m glad to hear that Event Aggregator is up and running!

    You may want to take a look at your Events Settings < Imports, and see what you have checked:

    Also, you may also want to take a look at the settings you have below the Event Update Authority settings, as these will dictate how your information is updated.
