ParticipantHi,
We have a scheduled import for every 30 minutes off a google Calendar ICS file.
It is failing to import and when I try to manually run one I get this message.
The import being fetched is not queued up for importing. Please try the import again.

MemberHey Jill,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Could you please go to Events > Help and share a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status?
Also, could you please grant us access to your Google calendar (i.e. share the link or .ics file)?
Thanks!
Patricia

ParticipantHi Patricia,
It still doesn’t work and when I hover over the red exclamation mark nothing happens.
If it try and force run an import i get the following error at the top.
The import being fetched is not queued up for importing. Please try the import again.

MemberHi Tom,
I’ve been reviewing your case with our team and one of my colleagues mentioned that unlinking and then re-entering the Event Aggregator license key solved the problem for some of our customers. Could you please do the same and let me know if it works? You can follow the instructions provided in the following article (without actually moving the license, only replacing it):
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
If it doesn’t help I’ll generate a new Event Aggregator license for you to test.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Patricia,
That didn’t work. I have also re updated the ICS link but that didn’t work either. It does fetch a preview but won’t carry out an import.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
