Import Limit on Aggregator (false warning?)

    I noticed my 2 sites weren’t importing, so I logged in, did a plugin update and tried a manual import. It was giving me a “You’ve reached your 100 import daily limit, please try again later.” error. I know there’s no way I’ve reached that limit, but I’m in a pinch, so I upgraded to 200 import level (cost $149.00) and am still getting the error message. I honestly probably only use 30-40 per day. I kind of feel like I got ripped off or tricked into upgrading. I’d like help getting the problem resolved and (if indeed I only need 100/day), I’d like a refund.

    The imports are running now, but I still don’t think I needed the 200/day upgrade. Please advise.
