ParticipantWe have installed Events Calendar Pro and Event Aggregator on several of our websites and have been unable to get Event Aggregator to share events between them.
The first import gave the error message : “There was an error fetching the results from your Import: There may be an issue with the Event Aggrigator server. Please try your import again later.”
We have been trying again the whole day. Now we get the error messages :
“The preview is taking longer than expected. Please try again in a moment.”I’ve seen a lot of other threads reporting issues with Events Aggregator import fails. Can you let us know if there is an issue with Aggregator and if you have a timeline on a fix?

ParticipantThis is urgent, we have the launch of 5 website held up on this issue.
We spoke to your sales and support people the last couple of days, who encouraged us to purchase the product, not mentioning that the event aggregator module has not been working for the last several weeks.
We needs this sorted out ASAP, as we need the product we purchased for 11 sites, at a large cost, to work as promised.

Indeed, I can confirm that we’ve recently experienced some issues with our Event Aggregator servers that might have cause delays when previewing your imports as well as failed imports.
We’ve just released a fix to address this issue, so things should be back to normal.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please try your imports again and let us know if they work on your end.
