I recently started using the WP Offload S3 plugin and if i have it set to remove the file from the server after it uploads to S3, the import just spins. I did go into S3 changed the file permissions to public but that didn’t work. However, if i disable the option to remove the file from the server and upload a new csv file the import works. Is the import looking for the file locally, or is there something else?

    Hey David,

Thanks for posting, hopefully I can be of some help and provide some clarity!

Since everything works as expected without the plugin, I’d suggest reaching out to that plugin’s developer for support with this issue, as we, unfortunately, can’t support these sorts of conflicts on this forum.

We craft our plugins to work with WordPress core, the default themes, and our other plugins, as it would be impossible to test with every configuration of plugins and themes in the WordPress ecosystem.

Best of luck with your project! Thanks for understanding & let us know should you have any questions in the future!

    Best,

    Shelby ?

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
