    The last version of the Facebook Events plug in did not import the ticketing link from the Facebook event page. Has this been addressed in the latest update?

    Hi!

    No, there has been no change in this regard. I do see there is a current request for this on our UserVoice page (perhaps you even created it) but it doesn’t seem to be widely requested right at this point.

    Would adding a link to the event description suffice as a workaround in the meantime?

    I appreciate the workaround suggestion, but for every issue I’ve encountered, I’ve only seen workarounds, not a fix. The workarounds are more time consuming than duplicate data entry, which sort of defeats the purpose.

    I’m sorry but I don’t feel that this plug in works “automagically,” as advertised. I’d like to get a refund, please. How do I go about that?

    If the functionality issues are addressed, I’d be happy to try it again somewhere down the line because it seems quite ambitious.

    I’m sorry you feel that way but if you’d like to request a refund you certainly can do so: please email us at pro (at) tri (dot) be and include a copy of your purchase receipt and ideally also a link to this thread (so the team see the context of your request).

    How odd …. can you confirm you used the correct email address, namely pro (at) tri (dot) be?

    Please don’t reply to forum notifications, though (if that’s what you tried) – as that will not work.
