Import events with translations

Hi again,

I’m setting up The Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus in a pretty huge environment, so many issues here.

My client’s website is going to sell tickets for kayak trips (incl different tours/ticket types). Everything has to go in 2-3 languages. Since it’s pretty many events I want to use the import function to add all tour dates to the calendar (about 400 per season). But when I do so, only one language is imported I guess. So is it possible to add the translated versions of each event as well via import? Otherwise I had to duplicate each event manually…

This topic goes along with my other thread about importing tickets. But still some different topics 😉

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to share the same reply I just gave on another of your threads, but:

The features you are trying to implement are possible, but would unfortunately require many code customizations to implement 🙁

So to implement the features you describe, you would have to write that custom code or hire a professional developer to write the code for you. We have a list of great developers here → http://m.tri.be/18k1 (and have no affiliation with any of these folks–they’re simply some well-respected names in the community that we’ve compiled to share in situations like this one).
