Import Events says all rows failed – but imports anyway with todays date

Hello,

I’m using the latest Events Calendar Pro plugin. When trying to import Events (even the 10 test ones) with a Title, State, End, Reoccuring Headers that I’ve mapped on the import, it indicates that all the rows failed. Yet when I go my list of Events, all the titles imported with todays date. Even stranger, they don’t show up in the front end, even though all the events show as published.

Example of data:

Matt & Kendra 2:00pm	1/11/2016	1/11/2016	TRUE
Jenny in 9:00	1/11/2016	1/11/2016	TRUE
cs off 4:40	1/11/2016	1/11/2016	TRUE
MARY  - 3:30	1/11/2016	1/11/2016	TRUE
Jenny lunch 11:50 - 12:50	1/12/2016	1/12/2016	TRUE
Kim in around 10	1/13/2016	1/13/2016	TRUE

Any advice would be appreciated.

I would love to help you with this topic.

The good news is that I believe it’s a simple matter of formatting the fields in a manner that works with the importer. For one thing, the date format you are using could be mistaken by the importer as discussed here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-the-events-calendars-csv-importer/

I would recommend going through the following guide and giving it another shot: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
