Import Eventbrite not showing

I have just downloaded and paid $89 for the Eventbrite add on, which I am quite excited to use (as it will save me lots of time!).

I have uploaded the zip file, activated the plugin, pasted in the licence key but the options are still not showing.

There is an import button but I only have CSV option – no Eventbrite option.

Sounds like you have gotten part of the way there.

I noticed you did not mention you connected your website to Eventbrite with an app.

Can you confirm or do this steps outlined here:
