Images are not showing on the site.

    A couple days ago, we have bought the Eventbrite ticket and calendar app. The images are not migrating from eventbrite to our website gbgevents.com. For security measures for the company, we are have migrated the wordpress app through microsoft azure and you need a login to access the site. On my local machine, the images are going through.

    We are wondering if there is a solution? Also, if we can upload images to the event itself through wordpress for now?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Sorry to hear about the issue with the images.

    We are aware of the bug that images do not get imported from Eventbrite under some circumstances. Our developers have created a fix for this already which is waiting for some testing. If it passes the tests it will be released – hopefully – with the next maintenance release early October.

    Please hang in there while we get this sorted.

    Uploading the images manually to the events should work.

    I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.

    If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.

    Just wanted to share with you that a new release of our plugins is out, including a fix for this issue 🙂

    As always, we suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can make all plugin updates without disrupting the live site.
