Image header not appearing in emailed tickets

    Hi
    The image I have set up in my tickets has stopped appearing in the emailed tickets. It used to but has now stopped. As far as I know the alterations I have made to the template have not changed anything to do with the image. I get a little icon and this message where the image should be “The linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been moved renamed or deleted”. I have attached the email.php file , at least I would but it says I cant upload files of this type?

    Hi Kevin,

    It looks like you are using a staging site … is there an event URL containing a free ticket so I could make a test purchase and see what is returned to my mailbox?

    That might provide us with a few insights (it doesn’t look like there is anything wrong with your email template override, best I can tell).
