Im confused

I bought events pro, but have no idea how to install it. Also for some reason it charged me twice. I need help.

I’m sorry about the confusion. Let me help you with this.

I just refunded your double purchase, you should get the amount back on your account in a couple of days.

To install the plugin the easiest is:

• download the plugin from your downloads page. It’s going to be a zip file.
• go to the backend of your site, Plugins > Add new > Upload
• select the file you just downloaded and upload it. It will automatically install the plugin
• Go to the Plugins page and activate Events Calendar Pro
• Done

The manual way is:

• download the plugin from your downloads page.
• unzip it to a folder on your pc
• log in to your server with an ftp software
• upload the unzipped ‘events-calendar-pro’ folder to your server under ‘wp-content/plugins’
  So the end folder will be ‘wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro’
• sign in to the backend of your website
• go to Plugins and activate Events Calendar Pro
• Done
