ParticipantHey Julie,
Thanks for reaching out!
This is unfortunately a known issue that we are actively working on fixing — while I don’t have a specific ETA for the arrival of the fix, we hope to publish one very soon.
I will update this thread when the fix is available — stay tuned!
Sincerely,
GeorgeDecember 8, 2016 at 1:57 pm #1203501George

ParticipantHey Julie,
I notice your WordPress version is 4.6.1 — does upgrading to the latest version, 4.7, help at all here?
Thanks,
GeorgeDecember 13, 2016 at 8:41 am #1205334Brian
ParticipantGeorge,
I am testing in our sandbox environment where I have updated to 4.7.

ParticipantHey Brian,
I’m so sorry about this, but I actually misfired in my initial post about this and have confirmed with our development team that this bug fix is actually still in its final stages of testing—it has not launched yet.
My apologies!
It should still be arriving soon nonetheless—stay tuned to this thread and to our product news for updates!

MemberHi there,
Just wanted to inform that the fix for this issue has been finally pushed to the Event Aggregator server! There’s no need to update the plugins, although I recommend using the latest version of The Events Calendar.
Thanks so much for the patience while we worked on this 🙂
Please let us know if this is working as expected for you,
Best,
NicoDecember 19, 2016 at 11:01 am #1207817George
