I must admit I am disappointed in this plugin.
Scheduling does not work, the schedule ran once imported 1823 events and has never run again.
When I try to run it manually I receive the dreaded Java error.
It won’t show recurring events that we know are part of the calendar. Splitting the calendar is a lovely idea but not feasible.What I find amazing is that the free plugin manages to do all of this quite nicely, see the sidebars on any page.
We switched to your calendar because we wanted a grid that showed the events on a day without having to mouse over them.We are running the current version of WordPress using organic themes “Natural”.
Running a dev site and a dedicated server would be lovely but a luxury we cannot afford. Since the site is live switching to 2014 isn’t a great option. We have never had this much problem with a plugin before and it seems that others are having similar issues. Have you considered testing this on a shared server setup?

I’m really sorry about the issues you’ve been having; I’m eager to help here and would be happy to issue a refund if you’re finding the plugin truly unusable! (It seems like you purchased your license on October 2, so we have 30days from then where we can still issue a refund).
Before jumping to a refund, however – unless you really want one right now – can we start with the troubleshooting here by you clarifying exactly you mean about “the Java error”? What I mean is your quote here:

What are the specific schedule options you have configured?
