iCal in Outlook

Hi Andras, I have one more question when a client downloads the iCal to there desktop on a PC. When it opens in outlook it creates a new calendar. Is there any way it would add to there existing calendar. Is there an Outlook/ windows PC version we can add to the ticket?

iCal files are written according to the iCalendar specifications but are processed by each piece of software in its own way. This could be how your Outlook preferences are set, specific to your version of Outlook, or maybe even operate differently in Outlook on Windows vs Outlook on Mac.
