iCal importer returned no results

I am trying to use the iCal importer to get my google calendars on the site. For a few feeds, I forgot to add a category before importing, so I deleted the events so I could go back and add the feeds again. It gave me an error that my search returned no results.
As suggested in other posts on this topic, I installed a delete revision plugin and tried adding strings to the theme’s function.php file. None of these worked, and I still get the error. Is there something else I can try?

Howdy Caleb,

Sorry this is giving you trouble. Have you tried the Bulk Delete plugin? If you delete everthing with the Custom Post Type “deleted_event” it should erase any memory your site has of past events. Does that work?
