iCal importer fields

Using the iCal importer, I’d like to import events with number of tickets, sales start/end date, price (or link to woocommerce product?), venue, and an ID number.

Presumably when the importer tries to import an existing event it will update it if they have the same ID (stock remaining)?

Product looks great, hopefully it will fit our needs.

The iCal Importer is not going to be able to import any of the ticketing fields so it is not going to work for you unfortunately.
