We have a funeral home client who would like to display memorial/funeral services in a calendar. The services are currently part of an XML file from Tributes.com. We are currently looking into being able to generate a new XML or RSS from the data available and are wondering:
Can the importer use XML? If not, what type of file do we need to generate from their XML to import to the Events Calendar?
Can you let us know if we need to map the fields/info in a specific way for import?

    Hi Janna.

We do not provide support in our pre-sales support forum, only in each product’s forum for users with a current support license.

However, here’s some helpful information: our iCal Importer add-on only imports valid iCal feeds (URL) or .ics files, not XML or RSS files

If you have a valid support license for iCal Importer and need additional support, please sign in to that account and submit a new ticket.

    Thanks and good luck!
