ParticipantI started to use the iCal Import and I have noticed that when I look in my calendar that supports iCal imports, the Event title does not get in place.
In my calendar (Apple Calendar on Mac OS X Mavericks) I get the right start and end time, I do get the address in place but only the street address, not the zip and city. But I am missing the actual Event title/name.Anyone got ideas what can help me out?

MemberOn taking a quick look at the iCal feed on your site the actual iCal data itself looks fine to me. Does this happen with all events / can you provide an example of an event where this fails?
I can certainly see entries that contain the city and what looks to be the postal code – and also the event title – so I’m not sure why you are experiencing this.

ParticipantHi Barry!
Thank you for taking time to check it out.
It seems to be for every Event in the Calendar, but only have to do with my Apple Calendar. If I test with GoogleCalendar it seems to work great.
Maybe it is related to Apples Calendar and not ECP.
I’ll investigate a little more and get back with more info.December 16, 2013 at 6:01 am #81857Barry
MemberSure: it you were able for instance to test importing data from our demo site that would be an interesting experiment and would further help us to figure out if the source of this problem is a general bug, an issue specific to your WordPress installation or indeed a problem with Apple Calendar / the way your local copy is configured, etc.

ParticipantHi again Barry!
The import from your demo site worked perfect!
When clicking the iCal Import the .ics file was downloaded to my MacBook “downloaded files” directory. When double-clicking that file it automatically opened up Apple Calendar and put the Event in the Calendar WITH the correct Event title/name as it was/is represented on your demo site. This would then conclude that it must be an issue with my installation.
Any recommendation where to start investigating this?December 16, 2013 at 2:47 pm #81997Barry
MemberOur standard steps include deactivating all other plugins and reverting to a default, unmodified theme (such as Twenty Twelve) – as if it is specific to one site that suggests a conflict with some other component may be at play.
If, under default conditions, you find it works perfectly on your site then reactivate everything else one-at-a-time, testing at each stage to see if the issue has returned. This might isolate a conflict.
Alternatively, if that doesn’t solve things, that might suggest the issue is because of the ‘shape’ of your event, venue and/or organizer data within the database.
