iCal Feed displaying wrong time zone

    I’ve seen this topic covered multiple times on this forum and have not been able to find a solution that works for me.

    I’m using the Events Calendar iCal feed (http://lakeimprovement.com/events/?ical=1&tribe_display=list) and have also tried (http://lakeimprovement.com/events/?ical) to pull events into GoodBarber’s. Seems to work like a charm, except all the times are 4 hours behind events.

    My Settings->General is set to New York. My Events settings is to use sitewide timezones everywhere.

    I have looked through forums and saw someone’s issue was resolved with the Events Aggregator update, but I’m simply trying to push the Events Calendar iCal feed out to an app. I can’t figure out why it’s not working and would certainly appreciate any ideas!

    Just a follow-up here: I changed it to use local times.

    Then, I imported the iCal file to Google Calendar. The times display as correct!

    Then, I exported Google calendar to GoodBarber, and the times display as correct!

    So, if I go through Google Calendar first, it works. If I go straight from The Events Calendar to GoodBarber, it displays the times 4 hours behind.

    GoodBarber says it’s on Tribe’s end. Now I have my doubts. Looking forward to your thoughts!

    You can see this:

    DTSTART;TZID=America/New_York:20170805T100000
    DTEND;TZID=America/New_York:20170805T113000

    The timezone is included right there. Assuming this event’s start time is correct as Aug 5, 2017 at 10pm New York time, their system should import it correctly.

    Please let me know your thoughts on this and I’ll do what I can to be of further assistance.

    Thank you. The event is August 5, 2017 at 10am (not pm). So it appears the issue has something to do with GoodBarber and not the Events Calendar.
