MemberHi Jason
Can you send us the error messages when hovering over the red exclamation mark.
Also can you share the iCal URL to make some tests ourselves.
And finally to check the Event Aggregator System Status in Events > Help. Let me know what that says.
I’m hoping to get this narrowed down for you soon.
Thanks

ParticipantI’ve noticed that the events from the prior import are now listed as “IGNORED”. Wondering if this is causing a problem. That iCal feed was removed, and then a new import setup (same feed) after updating the software. New events that have been added are showing on the calendar.

Sept 27 @ 5:30pm – Import Failed. There may be an issues with the Event Aggregator server. Please try your import again later.

MemberThat’s great to hear Jason. Are you still having difficulty importing events? If so, can you send along those error messages you receive when hovering over the red exclamation mark?
Just a heads up, I am due to head out on maternity leave any day now. If I can’t wrap this issue up, another team member will jump in for me. We will definitely get this resolved.
Thanks

ParticipantNo it’s not great to hear. Maybe you misunderstood.
NEW events – recently added to the calendar are showing up.
OLD events – that were on the calendar are NOT showing up.October 6, 2017 at 8:53 am #1360329Jason Goss
ParticipantTired of waiting for a response.
Deleted all 1,500+ events from calendar.
Re-created all 1,500+ events.
Waited for next import to take place.Scheduled import added all events to calendar!
Scheduled import DUPLICATED events !!!!!!!
– The events duplicated were events that were pre-existing on the calendar.THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!
Can we please get a fix!October 6, 2017 at 10:07 am #1360469Courtney
MemberHi Jason
I wanted to pop in to let you know first, I’m so sorry we are still in the same spot. Second, I’m about to head out for maternity leave. I am passing this on to my team lead, Barry, for now. We are committed to resolving this issue, and hard at work on sorting it all out. I want to be sure you get the attention you need on this in my absence.
Thank you for working with us on this.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
