ParticipantHaving an issue when importing events from iCal / Google calendar.
The start date imports properly but the end date does not.
This happens using both one-time and recurring imports. This was working before the last update.
iCal feed:
BEGIN:VEVENT DTSTART;VALUE=DATE:20170109 DTEND;VALUE=DATE:20170113 DTSTAMP:20161201T191430Z UID:EE14D1BA-DFB7-4374-A765-D86F508AC951 CREATED:20160822T220546Z DESCRIPTION: LAST-MODIFIED:20160924T183759Z LOCATION: SEQUENCE:0 STATUS:CONFIRMED SUMMARY:Full Facility Group Possible [lodging for 27\, all gathering spaces ]Screenshot:

Notice that the first event has an End Date of ‘2017-01-09’ — it should be ‘2017-01-13’ as in my iCal feed ‘DTEND;VALUE=DATE:’ above.

MemberHi, Matt.
Sorry you’re experiencing this known bug. Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

ParticipantHello!
I’m so sorry about this, but I actually misfired in my initial post about this and have confirmed with our development team that the bugfixes for the iCal import end times is actually still in its final stages of testing—it has not launched yet and is not yet available.
My apologies!
It should still be arriving soon nonetheless—stay tuned to this thread and to our product news for updates!
Sincerely,
GeorgeDecember 18, 2016 at 7:23 am #1207523Nico
MemberHi there,
Just wanted to inform that the fix for this issue has been finally pushed to the Event Aggregator server! There’s no need to update the plugins, although I recommend using the latest version of The Events Calendar.
Thanks so much for the patience while we worked on this 🙂
Please let us know if this is working as expected for you,
Best,
