I Renewed my license, it was payed but still I am asked to renew

Hi,
I have renewd my License Key today and now it asks me to renew again….
I would like to ask the support (event calender pro) but without renewing my license I cant, which I have, but it doesnt show me that I have, it told me for 2 secs, thankyou for supporting us and than asked to renew agein. Paypal has sended me the bill so what can I do?

I looked up, but could not find a renew order for you.

Do you have an Order Number from us? Also do you know which email address it is under?

Let me know about that and we can go from here to resolve it.

Hi Brian,
I can tell you the number of the bill is: WC-1135032
The only email address I have for this account is the one I am writing with. mail@… see above. I would sent you a screenshot of my paypal bill, but as long as I can’t set this mail to privat it might not be a good idea.
