    i received the email confirming my purchase of event tickets plus. i do not see any new license keys in my account so i cannot activate the app. this website doesn’t see my upgrade and will not let me past in the proper forum. i have no valid keys to use the new plugin and the old plugin has stopped working.

    please assist ASAP. i am unable to process any credit card transactions.. which basically means my company is dead in the water.

    Howdy James,

    Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us!

    I just checked our records and could find the order for the renewal, but for some reason the license expiry date wasn’t updated so I went ahead and did it manually. Please note that although the license was expired indeed, this doesn’t mean the plugin stops working!

    Anyway, all should be set now.
