I need to upgrade my plan

I need to upgrade to Agency from business. It’s wanting to charge me $150.
This is not pro-rated?

Hi Kim,

When you upgrade it gives you a one year license from the day you upgrade.

So the price is just the different from what you paid for the first license and how much the license cost that you are upgrading to.

$150 is the correct amount, but after you upgrade if the expire date does not update to one year from the date of upgrade please let us know and we can fix it.
