I need hover effect on mini-calendar!

& I am even willing to pay for the help to set it up. I am not not skilled in php so I am not able to do this myself and I need this done fast.

What I need exactly is to get a list of the events on mouseover similar to what is already happening with the regular event calendar. But each event needs to have the link I add when I am creating the event:( EVENT WEBSITE URL: )

I am only going to be using the mini-calendar with the events direct linking to a another website that handles sales of tickets for each event.

I know that some of you know how to do this and I am willing to pay for the help.
Please respond if this is something I can get help with or if not at least a direction to someone how can.
