I installed the free version of Event Ticket, why RSVP cannot be saved.

    Hi I installed the Event Ticket plug-in (Free version) and I would like to try the RSVP function. I can create event successfully. But Whenever I input something in the section “Tickets” and click “New RSVP”, the data inputted cannot be saved. e.g. I input the Type is “Public” and the capacity is “10” and click “Save”. The information cannot be saved, even I click the “Update” button on the right-hand-side in the Event. Please help.

    If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.

    Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers. You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue. If you’re having trouble with plugin functionality, the best place to start is by testing for a conflict.
